    Users of our AI platform must adhere to the following terms and conditions regarding chatbot development:

    • Developing chatbots for industries associated with illegal activities, such as hacking, phishing, or piracy, is strictly prohibited.
    • Creating chatbots that promote discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic, is prohibited.
    • Using the AI platform to generate fake news, misinformation, or deceptive content is strictly forbidden.
    • Exploiting the AI platform for spamming, phishing, or any other form of malicious activity is prohibited.
    • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the AI platform, including scraping or copying any codes or algorithms, is strictly prohibited.
    Users have a responsibility to use the platform respectfully and ethically. Any misuse or violation of our terms may result in the immediate blocking of your account by Ziawin AI.

Data Privacy and Security

    We are committed to protecting your data privacy and security. By using our platform, you agree to:

    • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
    • Respect the privacy of other users and not attempt to access or tamper with their accounts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for AI Products on Ziya NLU Platform

At Ziawin, we strive to provide high-quality AI products and services through our Ziya NLU platform. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchases of AI products on the Ziya NLU platform. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation of subscription-based AI products can be done at any time. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
  • Modification of Services: Ziawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI products or services offered on the Ziya NLU platform without prior notice.
  • Termination of Services: Ziawin reserves the right to terminate access to AI products or services on the Ziya NLU platform for users who violate terms of service or engage in misuse of the platform.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation of a subscription, access to AI product features may be revoked, and any data associated with the subscription may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription-based AI products may be subject to automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the user's responsibility to manage subscription settings and cancel auto-renewal if desired.
  • Notification of Changes: Users will be notified of any significant changes to the AI products or services, including changes to pricing, features, or terms of service.
  • Refunds for Unfulfilled Services: In the event that payment has been made but the subscribed AI product or service is not received, users may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription period. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days and credited to the customer's bank account.
