Terms of service

These terms apply to Ziawin AI websites and services unless a signed order form or agreement states different terms. If those documents conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Services

Ziawin provides AI agent software, configuration, integration, implementation, optimization and related support. Scope, fees, milestones, usage allowances and service-specific commitments are defined in the applicable proposal or order form.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, authorized access, suitable business knowledge and timely decisions. Customers are responsible for their data, customer notices and consents, messaging permissions, users, business rules and final decisions made using service outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services unlawfully, to violate another person's rights, to introduce malicious code, to gain unauthorized access, to evade safeguards, to send prohibited or unsolicited communications, or for high-risk decisions without safeguards agreed in writing.

AI limitations and human review

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers must apply appropriate human review, especially for sensitive, regulated, financial, legal, clinical, safety-related or irreversible decisions. Ziawin does not provide professional legal, medical or financial advice through general-purpose agents.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party channels, models, APIs, hosting, payment services or customer systems. Their terms, availability, pricing and technical restrictions may apply and can change independently of Ziawin.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, configurations and customer materials is determined by the applicable agreement. Customers grant Ziawin the rights needed to process supplied material and deliver the service.

Fees, suspension and termination

Fees and payment timing follow the applicable order. We may limit or suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Termination rights and transition assistance, if any, are defined in the service agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided subject to the warranties expressly stated in the applicable agreement. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and liability is limited as set out in that agreement.
