• However, developers are prohibited from replicating, copying, or reproducing the exact design, layout, or coding of the chat bot templates.
• Modifications and alterations to the templates are allowed, provided they result in a distinct and unique design.
• Using the chat bot templates to create similar or identical designs that closely resemble the original templates is strictly prohibited.
• The chat bot templates are provided for personal and commercial use, but developers must adhere to these terms and conditions.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the chat bot templates may result in legal action.

By accessing and using our chat bot templates, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or revoke these terms at any time.

Free Services

Our platform is currently offering free services for the development of chatbots. However, we reserve the right to change our pricing and payment plans at any time, with or without notice.

Payment and Plans

We offer Pro and Enterprise plans for our services. Users can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access additional features and benefits. Payment for our paid plans is due in full at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay for a paid plan may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Use of Templates and Code

We provide templates and JavaScript code to assist in the development of chatbots. You may use these templates and code in your projects, subject to the following conditions:

• You may not use our templates and code to develop a similar product or service to our platform.
• You may not sell or distribute our templates and code to any third party.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to decompile our templates and code.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Scraping or identifying patterns in our platform or data.
• Any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our platform.

We also reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate any other terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our platform and services after any modifications or updates to these terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
